Ingredients
- 3 lb Lean beef, (fland, round or possibly sirloin tip)
- 1 c. Catsup
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked pepper
- 1 dsh Warm pepper sauce
Directions
- Cut beef into strips 1/2 inch thick. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large glass baking dish. Add in strips of beef, cover and chill overnight. Drain beef slices. Dry in an electric dehydrator at 145 till pliable. Package in home canning jars, food-grade plastic bags or possibly seal-by-heat food storage bags.
