Barbecue Sauce For Country Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. minced celery 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. ketchup 1 teaspoon dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cook minced onions and butter till tender. Add in rest of ingredients and cook 15 to 20 min. Makes 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce.
