Barbecue Sauce For Beef Or Pork Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion, minced 1 clove garlic 1/2 c. minced celery 3/4 c. water 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard, dry 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Heat butter. Add in onion and cook till brown. Add in other ingredients and cook 20 min. Add in to either 3 pounds of pork or possibly beef.
