Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork (not grnd)
  • 1 pound beef (not grnd)
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
  • 1 onion, minced
  • Dash of chili pwdr
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 sm. (14 ounce.) bottle ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Boil together the pork and beef. Cold, then tear apart into small pcs. Cook together the remaining ingredients. Fold in the meat. Simmer 10 to 15 min. Serve warm on hamburger buns.
