Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd Chuck
  • 1/2 pkt Taco Seasoning
  • 2 ounce Monterey Jack Cheese finely grated
  • 2 ounce Mild Cheddar Cheese finely grated
  • 2 ounce Sharp Cheddar Cheese finely grated
  • 2 ounce Colby Cheese finely grated Lettuce thinly minced Tomato cubed Scallions (Green Onion) minced Lowfat sour cream Guacamole Salsa Tortilla Chips or possibly Fritos

Directions

  1. Cook grnd chuck in skillet over medium heat. Drain grease and add in taco seasoning and 1 c. water. Cook over low heat till desired consistancy. Place chips on plate. cover chips with meat.ECover meatEwith cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and scallions. Top with lowfat sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Serve.
