Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bangus met flakes
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp pickle relish
  • butter

Directions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spread butter on aluminum foil
  3. Scoop desired amount of filling onto the foil
  4. Roll and cover the mixture in the foil, tucking both ends.
  5. Steam for 30 minutes
  6. Slice the embutido and Fry accordingly until golden brown.
  7. Serve
