Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound loaf:
  • 6 ounce water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. walnut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
  • 2 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/3 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/3 c. minced dates

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except walnuts and dates into machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select Light Baking Degree, Fruit & Nut Cycle. Add in walnuts and dates at beep.
