Ingredients

  • 2 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 c. Half-and-half
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Rum

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs till blended. Beat in sugar and honey un- til smooth and light. Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Stir in half-and-half, whipping cream and rum.
