Ingredients
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 3 x bananas
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2 c. oatmeal (quick cook)
- 1 1/2 c. minced dates*
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Mash bananas. In large bowl add in all the remaining ingredients.
- Drop by rounded Tbsp. on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 F for 20-25 min or possibly till done.
- Makes 30.
- * Dromedary puts out loose Pack Minced Dates. Do not ever try to chop your own. Messy and difficult.
