Ingredients
- 1/4 c. hot water (110 degrees F)
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tablespoons
- 4 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. steel cut oats (such as McCann's Irish Oats)
- 1/3 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- 1. Soak the steel cut oats in the boiling water till the mix is at room temperature.
- 2. Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit and nut or possibly basic setting. Add in walnuts when indicated by your manufacturer.
