  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled
  • 2/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • Artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar
  • Healthy pinch of cinnamon
  • Healthy pinch of nutmeg
  • Healthy pinch of cloves
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1 teaspoon pecan or possibly black walnut flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring

Directions

  1. Beat large eggs 4 min with electric mixer. Add in extracts and butter flavoring. Beat 5 min. Stir egg mix into dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Refrigerate.
