Ingredients
- 3 med Bananas, extra ripe, peeled
- 4 x Large eggs, clean, uncracked
- 2 c. Whipping cream
- 1 c. Half & half
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
- Slice bananas into blender; process till pureed (1-1/2 c.). Add in Large eggs; process to blend. Pour banana mix and remaining ingredients into ice cream freezer container. Stir till sugar dissolves and mix is blended.
- Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- Makes 1-1/2 qts.
