Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. mashed banana
3 T lowfat milk
2 T vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Beat butter, sugar and large eggs together. Sift dry ingredients together. Put together the two mixtures and blend well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 min. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting (use frosting recipe below).
