Ingredients
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 3 T lowfat milk
- 2 T vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Beat butter, sugar and large eggs together. Sift dry ingredients together. Put together the two mixtures and blend well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 min. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting (use frosting recipe below).
