  1. In small bowl, mix flours, poppy seed, baking pwdr, baking soda and nutmeg. Break bananas into 1 inch chunks. In food processor or possibly blender, put together bananas, large eggs, oil and honey; whirl till pureed. Pour banana mix into flour mix; mix lightly just to blend.Spoon batter into 12 greased or possibly paper lined muffin cups. Bake in 375 degree oven about 20 min. Remove from pan and cool.
