Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Sugar, mixed with...
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 x Large Peaches, peeled/sliced
  • 2 tsp Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. With electric mixer, blend first five ingredients. Spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan, or possibly 13x9" plus one 8" cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mix lightly over dough base. Arrange peach slices by rows on top of base. Sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon/sugar mix and drizzle melter butter over all. Bake for 25-30 min. (For thicker dough, omit 8" cake pan - use 13x9" pan only.)
