- 3 Tbsp. Cumin seed
- 2 Tbsp. Cardamom seed
- 1 Tbsp. Aniseed
- 4 x 3" pcs cassia bark
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mint
- 5 x Bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Dry rose petals (optional)
- 1 tsp Saffron (optional)
Directions
- Roast spices, being careful not to burn. Cold and grind. Mix and store as in Balti Paste. (to make 8oz)
