Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Skirt, flank, or possibly lean sirloin steak
- 1 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion Salt to taste Black pepper, freshly grnd to taste
Directions
- Preheat a gas grill or possibly broiler for 10 min, or possibly start a charcoal fire 30 min ahead.
- Remove fat from meat. Place in a bowl or possibly plastic bag with vinegar and onion. Let marinate 20 min. Drain and place on a warm grill or possibly under a preheated broiler. For rare, cook 5 min if steak is thin or possibly 8 min if thicker. Cook longer if desired it medium or possibly well done. Remove to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest 5 min. Slice on a diagonal against the grain.
