Balsamic Marinated Beef Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 sm clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless top sirloin (1 inch thick) Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine vinegar, oil, basil, mustard, garlic & sugar; mix well. Add in steak, turn to coat & marinate in refrigerator 15 min to 2 hrs; turn occasionally. When ready to cook, remove steak & throw away marinade. Grill steak 17 to 21 min for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Slice steak crosswise.
  2. Serves 6.
