Ingredients
- 6 1/2 quart. flour
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3/4 c. baking pwdr
- 3 c. shortening
- 2 quart. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix flour, salt, baking pwdr. Cut in shortening. Add in lowfat milk slowly. Roll on board 3/4 inch thick. Place on pan and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 min. Makes about 100 biscuits.
