Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Skin and mash sweet potatoes, add in orange juice and large eggs. Add in butter, cinnamon and nutmeg, beat till smooth. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Place in buttered casserole.
  2. Combine and then cut in till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Fold in pecans and sprinkle on top. Bake till hot and top is dry.
