Ingredients

  • 4 x (2 1/2 ounce) salmon steaks Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dry whole dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Rinse steaks thoroughly in cool water; pat dry with paper towels. Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle proportionately with dill weed, parsley, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 35 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
