  • 1/3 cup Green Valley Organics lactose-free cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp water
  • 5 tbsp + 1 tsp crushed dairy-free gingersnaps (such as Pamela’s)
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
