Baked Potatoes In Foil

Ingredients

  • 1 potato per person (skin may be left on).
  • butter
  • Onion soup mix
  • Foil

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes. Slice about 1/4" thick onto a square of heavy foil. Keep foil in minimum size which can be folded up around slices. Add in a tbsp of butter and light sprinkling (less than a tsp) of onion soup mix. Bake over charcoal (not too hot) for about 1/2 hour. Can be served in foil. I've made these in the oven also and they were very good and easy.
