Baked Pork Chops And Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. cooked (or possibly instant) rice

Directions

  1. Brown chops thoroughly in heavy frying pan; remove from heat. Put cut up onions and green peppers on top of chops. Add in rice on top of onions and peppers. Add in tomato soup on top of rice. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour (depending on thickness of chops).
