Ingredients

  • Baked Pecan Pumpkin Doughnuts with Cinnamon Ganache Frosting
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (Optional)
  • Glaze
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons water
  • Mixture of cinnamon & sugar
  • Optional: chopped pecans
  • Donuts:
  • Dip the donuts into the ganache. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
