Baked Lemon White Fish Fillets

Perfect meal for a Friday evening! Serve with French Fries and Cole Slaw.

Ingredients

  • 6-8ounce White Fish (I use Halibut, or Cod, or Whitting)
  • 2 large fresh Lemons
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • White Pepper
  • Garlic Salt

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. Sprinkle Fresh Lemon Juice (From one half lemon over fillets) add, pepper, garlic salt, place on a shallow non stick baking dish and place into the hot oven on thr middle rack, bake for 14 minutes
  3. I like to slice the remaining lemons to serve with the Baked Fish, garnish with fresh parsley
