Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid sweetener
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Low fat butter
  • 5 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites, salt and sweetener. Beat well till peaks form. Combine yolks with remaning ingredients. Fold egg yolks into whites. Pour into qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Cold before serving.
