Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken and vegetables. Add in chicken and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once. Drain and bake chicken at 400 degrees for 35 min. Cut peppers into 1/2-inch thick rings. Saute/fry 8 min. Spoon peppers around chicken.
  2. Makes 4 to 6servings.
