  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 56 gm butter or possibly margarine

Directions

  1. Method1 Remove heads and tails and gut the fish 2 Soak the fish in cool water for 1 hour 3 Place in an ovenproof dish dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper 4 Cover with lid or possibly foil and cook

  3. small oven 190 degrees C approx 30 min PREHEATED bottom shelffan oven: 180 degrees C approx 30 min Cool START
