. sugar (coarse) sprinkle

. 1 of each: apple, banana, orange

. 2 tbsp (30ml) brown sugar (or Maple syrup)

. 2 tbsp. (30ml) brown Rum liquor * (optional)

. Sprinkle of cinnamon

. Maple syrup for pouring over âFrench toastâ

. * If you wish to replace Rum with a non-alcoholic flavour...try: 'orange blossom water' or even frozen orange concentrate.
