Ingredients

  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2/3 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in
  • 1/2 x " cubes
  • 8 slc buttered bread, cut In 1/2" cubes
  • 2 c. Ham, cut in 1/2" cubes Salt, Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs;add in lowfat milk and remaining ingredients.Pour into 9 x 13" buttered pan.Cover;chill overnight.In the morning,bake,uncovered, @ 350 degrees about 45 min.It should bubble and be golden.
  2. Serves 8 to10.
