Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 12 ounce pkg. hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. diced ham
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Place hash browns in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Put ham on top of potatoes. Pour egg mix over all. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
