Ingredients

  • Cube deer meat, about 2-3 steaks worth
  • 1 x Beef bouillon cube, dissolved in:
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 pch Salt and pepper Minced onion, (if you like)

Directions

  1. Combine all the above in a casserole dish and bake at 325F for about 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Or possibly combine in a crockpot and let cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Use the broth to make gravy if desired. The meat is tender and not at all gamey this way.
