Ingredients

  • 1 (30 ounce) can liquid removed whole kernel corn
  • 1 (30 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread or possibly muffin mix
  • 2 T sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish for 45 min in a 350 degree oven.
