Baked Crab And Artichoke Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 can (large) artichoke hearts in water, liquid removed
  • 1 can Crabmeat (or possibly fresh)
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard

Directions

  1. Mush up ingredients (I put the artichokes and crabmeat in the food process and just pulse it to chop it finely), then add in the remaining ingredients and mix together. Put in an ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Serve with crackers, croutons or possibly thin sliced baguette and a cold bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
