Baked Corned Beef On Biscuit Recipe

  • 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
  • 1 (28 ounce) can Campbells pork and beans
  • 2 T finely minced onion
  • 1 T salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • 1 T mustard
  • 2 T relish
  • Tomato slices
  • Cheese triangles
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Put together corned beef and next 5 ingredients and mix well. Put together biscuit mix and water. Roll on lightly floured board. Place dough on cookie sheet, and spread corned beef mix on dough. Bake 10 to 12 min in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and place tomato slices on top. Then add in cheese triangles (slices). Return to oven and bake 6 min longer.
