  • 2 ounce Serrano ham large diced
  • 1/2 x white onion medium diced
  • 1 x tomato medium diced
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp spicy mustard
  • 12 x Little Neck clams shucked, and on the half shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium saute/fry pan, saute/fry ham, onion, and tomato. Add in tomato sauce and mustard. Cook for 5 min. In a food processor, puree ham mix.
  3. Cover the clams with the ham spread and bake for 8 min.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
