Baked Christmas Candy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Dates - seeded and cut up fine
  • 1 lb Coconut - minced fine
  • 6 ounce Candied red cherries - cut up, (not maraschino)
  • 6 ounce Green cherries - cut up, (not maraschino)
  • 6 ounce Candied pineapple - cut up
  • 1 c. Nuts minced - any kind
  • 1 can EAGLE Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Line with foil. Butter again. Mix all ingredients together well. Spread proportionately in prepared pan. Bake in very slow over
  2. (250 degrees) for one hour. Don't brown
  3. Turn out on board or possibly towel to cold completely.
  4. Cut into small squares. This is very rich - but delicious and very pretty on a tray for guests.
