Baked Chicken Nuggets with a Honey-Dijon Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless/skinless whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • s & p, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • scant 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt or sub sour cream

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. On a plate add crushed almonds and bread crumbs, cut chicken into large chunks and roll well to coat nuggets
  3. Place on a non stick baking sheet pan, drizzle with canola oil and bake for 20 minutes
  4. For the Dipping Sauce: Add all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and serve with baked chicken nuggets
