Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat yogurt Or possibly light lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika Hungarian sweet
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt optional
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs fine

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mix and turn to coat. Cover and marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade. Coat each pcs with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 F. for 45 min or possibly till juices run clear.
  2. NOTES : Can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving.
  3. Leftovers are good sliced and served with potato salad.
  4. Can broil for a few min at end of cooking time to brown.
