Ingredients

  • 4 lb Cream cheese Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb Granulated sugar
  • 7 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, and assorted fruits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread butter lightly in a 10-inch - 12- inch springform pan and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs around the mould.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and beat it, add the Large eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt. Mix together. Pour ingredients into buttered pan and place in roasting pan in warm water bath.
  3. Bake about 60 to 75 min. Decorate with chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce and fruits.
  4. Yield: 10 servings
