  • 4 Center Cut Pork Chops (bone-in)
  • Salt and Black pepper, to taste
  • one teaspoon garlic powder
  • one teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup white button mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grainy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream butter
  • one teaspoon AP flour
  • 1 cup vegetable stock-divided use

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 350 F
  2. Seasoned Pork Chops (both sides) with spices, place in a non stick baking dish (9x12x3) in a single layer, add 1/2 cup vegetable stock and place into the hot oven and bake 45 minutes (undisturbed).
  3. On the stove top in a skillet add butter and flour (creating a roux) gradually add vegetable stock whisk to combine (on medium heat), add sliced button mushrooms, grainy mustard and gently stir, reduce heat to low/simmer cook 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer Gravy into Baked Pork chops cover with aluminum foil and return to oven and bake additional 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
