Directions

  1. Cut rind of Brie off the top center, cut to 1/2 inch of top edge.Mix butter, brown sugar and pecans. Heat slightly. Pour mix onto top of Brie. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 min or possibly till pecan mix bubbles and cheese is slightly melted. Serve with Melba rounds.
