Ingredients

  • 1 x 14 oz can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese (either freshly grated or possibly from the can)
  • 1 x 6 oz can of crab, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise Sprinkle of garlic pwdr
  • 4 x green onions, chopped ( I use only the white parts)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except paprika, mixing well. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle the top with paprika, bake at 350: for about 20-25 min. Best served warm. Good with crackers, nacho chips or possibly bread sticks.
