Ingredients

  • 4 x cooking apples cored
  • 2 ounce raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 pch cinnamon
  • 2 ounce minced walnuts
  • 4 Tbsp. liquid honey
  • 2 fl ounce ounce ounce orange juice

Directions

  1. Make a shallow cut around the circumference of the apples just piercing the skin.
  2. Place the apples on four squares of buttered cooking foil.
  3. Fill the centre of each apple with a mix of raisiins orange rind cinnamon and walnuts top with the honey.
  4. Wrap each apple in the foil leaving the top open pour in the orange juice.
  5. Close tightly and bake in warm charcoal for 25 min.
  6. Serves 4
