Baileys Salted Caramel and Espresso Baked Doughnuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp Baileys Salted Caramel Liqueur (or use regular Baileys too)
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Glaze:
  • 3 oz. butter
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Baileys Salted Caramel Liqueur
