Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo shrimp
  • 6 whole purple plums, from a 14 oz can*
  • 6 slices, center cut bacon, cut in 1/2 crosswise
  • 12 wooden toothpicks
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2-3 t chili powder
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside
