Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 ounce Artichoke hearts, liquid removed & minced
  • 1/4 c. Green onions, minced
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. Grated mozzarella
  • 3/4 c. Minced spinach, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Grated sharp cheddar
  • 3/4 pkt Bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly. Serve hot with flour tortilla chips. Great with pita bread pcs!
