Bacon And Tomato Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 slc Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 x Tomato, peeled, minced
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dry whole basil
  • 1 loaf (1 lb.) round loaf bread, optional Tomato rose Fresh parsley sprigs

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on high speed 1 minute or possibly till smooth. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly toasted bread cubes. If you like, hollow out a round loaf of bread, and place dip inside. Garnish, if you like
  2. Yield: 1 3/4 c.
