  • Oil – 5 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – for garnish (optional) For the Marinade
  • Fresh Curd / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Kasuri methi – 1/4 tsp (optional)
